"I just finished my first 30 days on your system and here are my results this morning, day 30: weight loss 23.5lbs, 21 in. I am thrilled with my results -- there is a BUT! I was really allergied out the first 2 weeks on the program, and it has only been in the last week and a half that I have had any REAL exercise. And as I have been learning to slay my emotional eating demons, I have hit bumps along the way.
