As a chef my philosophy on food and cooking is pretty simple.

 

F F F = Fresh Food First

 

Sadly, giving our bodies fresh food on a daily basis has become a bit of a challenge.  With hectic work and life schedules it's become far too easy to rely on processed foods vs fresh foods to keep us going. Problem is, it's not keeping us going, it's just barely keepng us alive.

 

When you prepare fresh foods, eat clean and get the proper nutrition into your body, everything changes. Counting calories is no longer an issue, worrying about fat and sodium intake is far less of a concern and your weight is no longer a daily monkey on your back. 

 

I know that when you combine my nutritional cleansing program with clean eating and exercise  you can finally find a place of happiness with food and your body. And that happiness will lead to true dietary freedom.
